Package: anti-rust oil painted at both inside and outside surface, plastic cap at both ends, then into wooden box or wrapped with woven bag.

 

Description: honing is a machining process, using the honing head to hone the cold drawn tube inner hole with high-speed reciprocating processing, which to make the tube inner hole meeting the required precision tolerance and surface roughness. According to customers requirements, our hone tube tolerance can be H7, H8, H9, H10, roughness can be Ra ≤0.4μm, ovality within 0.03mm - 0.05mm.

Advantages of PRIOR MACHINERY hone tube:

1. With good surface, roughness can be 0.02μm - 0.04μm.

2. Finished products the ovality is within 0.03mm - 0.05mm, after adjusting, ovality can be ≤0.02mm.

3. After honing, tube surface harness is improved (HV≥4º), eliminate stress deformation.
